Henry Bartoli is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Babcock and Wilcox Enterprises, Inc. and serves as a corporate officer in the capacity of Chief Strategy Officer. He is also Managing Director of Bartoli Consulting Group, which serves the utility industry and private equity firms in all aspects of project development, project management, risk analysis, engineering, procurement, construction and technical aspects of all types of power generation.
Prior to his current position, he was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Hitachi Power Systems America Ltd. where he oversaw all power related activities performed by Hitachi for North and South American markets. From 2002-2004, he served as Executive Vice President of The Shaw Group, where he was responsible for all work performed by the Shaw Group in support of the commercial nuclear power industry. From 1992 to 2002, he was employed by Foster Wheeler AG, as Corporate Senior Vice President and Group Executive of the World Wide Energy Equipment Group of Foster Wheeler Ltd. and earlier as Corporate Vice President and Group Executive of Foster Wheeler Power Systems Group. He also served with Burns and Roe Company from 1980 to 1992 and as Vice President and General Manager.
Mr. Bartoli has served on the Boards of Rutgers – The State University of New Jersey, the Nuclear Energy Institute, Hitachi Power Systems America, Ltd. and is a current member of the Babcock and Wilcox Enterprises, Inc. Board.
He holds a Master’s of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Rutgers University. He also attended the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business for Executive Management Seminar, and holds Professional Engineering Licenses in New Jersey, Kentucky, and California.
